If you ask something impossible than don,t expect an answer. If someone improves 30 sec in a year that would be great and you want it to be don in 5 weeks? Don't fool yourself, if you want to improve you have to work for it and not just 5 weeks but much longer. So yes I would help but not if you ask something totally impossible ......................

Tip : don,t just ask but look around on the forum you will find a lot.

yeah thanks, and dont worry its very tough already but im sure i can go a little bit faster,do you guys and girls just go hard out the whole way or do you go steady for first 1000 and try and pick it up in the last 1000 and whats better i see some people do long strokes and some people do shorter strokes which would result in more spins and better time?? or the long stroke results in better time? im 6 ft 4. these might be dumb questions so im sorry just trying to pick up new idears, have been reading other posts and learning alot that way aswell.thanks

Then, I keep a consistent pace until around 250 left when i sprint.
Yeah, when i sprint i tend to take really short strokes
