How Should I Put The Foot Bed?

how am i supposed to set the foot belt in resemblence to my foot. is the strap suppposed to be at nearly the top of the foot for the most ankle movement or what?

The strap goes around your foot at the ball of the foot area. Hope this helps. Bob.

For my feet that's about 1½-2 inches from my toes.<br /><br />You need to ensure that your shins don't go over vertical at the catch.
