ojmit here - haven't posted for quite a while so I thought I would give you an update on my progress....as of today I have rowed 990037 since the 21 May 2005 - should hit the million meters tomorrow!! Still can;t quite believe it myself! I have moved away from the relentless quest for PB's they still stand at 7:33 for 2K and 19:53 for 5K. I obtained a training plan from the UK C2 site but to be honest have found it hard to stick to - but I have introduced lots of variety and feel much more comfortable on the rower - have also started weight training - developing muscles I really didn't think I would ever own!!<br /><br />ojmit

thats it - finally done it today - rowed 10 000 at 2;09 ave = grand total of 1 000 637.......now for next mill......<br /><br />ojmit
