How long does that take you?

Tomorrow I will have just over 80km thus far in the holiday challenge. I can't fathom doing that in one day.

My big accomplishment has been transitioning to 1x10km with intervals from 2x5km steady. I do the majority of my rowing during the challenge.

I rowed 10K in a cool 36:28 for a new PR, my arms and shoulders are pretty stiff now, amazing how much more effort it takes just to go a few seconds faster. This thing is getting addictive, want to get on that first page of the 10K rankings - trouble is everybody else is getting faster - can you all please slow down and give me a chance?

Alright, today 12KMS.
It is a first on Sunday at the Iron Oarsman. Looks like we have rowers who enjoy an AM row on Sunday.

A BIG FAT 0 For me today.

On Saturday, we had Georgia's birthday party. She turned eight and I plugged in a 5 in 1 bouncy castle. This blew some electrical something in the house... The problem was not the circuit breaker... To make a long story short... I ran out of training clothes, no rowing for me today...

Oh man!
