Nice miles Mark and good job Tjod.

I ran 715 and 930 in the morning a total of 16KMS.
In the evening I rowed 15KMS.
For today it is 31KMS.

Beware Ancient Mariners and University of New Mexico, I am collecting stray rowers, you better do the same or start rowing even more! HA! All in good spirit of course.

XENO

Post by [old] Xeno » November 23rd, 2005, 12:22 am

Guess what, I blew off rowing this evening. I coached the group standing instead. I am fairly animated when I coach so it is sort of a workout as well, bu not something as miles I have rowed.
