ok, this is my question. Is is bad that I was 1.2sec slower on a recent 2k than on one a few weeks ago?(PR a few weeks ago was 6:57.6/2k 1:44.4/500m, yesterdays 2k test was 6:68.8/2k 1:44.7) is that a bad thing to go up like that?(i had hoped to make a new PR yesterday)<br /><br />thanks for the info.

well it's to bad that you didn't pb, but we can't always pb you know.<br /><br />you were maybe tired. or maybe mentally gave up or didn't push yourself like last time. no biggie. keep training.
