Xeno Mullers Training Video

Can anyone give me some first hand feedback on these training tools. Good/Fair/Bad etc....<br /><br />Also, the site which handles the payment of these whops a hefty 8.95 handling fee and then another 4.95 shipping fee which is quite a lot for a DVD sized item. I don't see any mail in options directly to Xeno to bypass this extortion. Paying an extra 13.80 for a 20.00 DVD is outrageous IMO but I'll probably go ahead if there are no alternative ordering methods.

I haven't met a single person face-to-face that either ergs or rows on water, so to have a former Olympian coach me through a workout, and to view proper technique, is invaluable.<br /><br />I had some paypal funds to burn up so Xeno paypalled me an invoice, but I am not sure if this was any cheaper than the alternative.<br /><br />Here is a <a href='http://concept2.ipbhost.com/index.php?s ... hl=xen%27s' target='_blank'>thread</a> regarding Xeno's DVD's.<br /><br />Mark

I went ahead and ordered video 1 and I am looking forward to using it. Thanks for posting the link to that thread. (Should have done a search I suppose)<br /><br />I just wanted to read a bit of feedback before ordering. Sounds like a great product.
