I forget which thread it was on, but I recently complained about a clicking noise in one of the rollers supporting the seat. I have no idea where I stored the spare rollers that I purchased long ago, and they are not currently listed in the C2 online catalogue. I was planning to call C2 about it, but then got the idea to switch the worst of the two top rollers with the bottom one, which does not get much wear. This is now done and the clicking sound is almost gone. I think that it is due to a bearing going bad. After the switch, I heard the noise only when I was sliding all the way up to the wheel end of the bar. I was twisted on the seat, reaching to adjust the monitor, so there was probably pressure on that bad roller that is now on the bottom. No problem during straight exercise.

This is 5th day of the third week that I have been doing the simplified Pete Plan, so it was my 6th 15 km piece. I was not really feeling all that great, but I ended up knocking 20 seconds off my previous best time for this distance. I have no idea whether or not the roller switching made the difference, but I am certainly going to call C2 after the holidays to see if new rollers are still available.

Bob S.
