Xeno--

You're doing a good thing there and I'd love to take a class either on or off water with you sometime if I'm ever out your way. In the meantime, I'm ordering your DVD's for some training inspiration.

Keep up the great work!

Kevin

Xeno's three erg technique/workout DVDs are a must for anyone who wants detailed, step-by-step analysis of proper erg form from a top Olympic rower and coach.

Concept2 ought to provide them with every new Model D sold, if only to provide good training tools on proper, safe, and effective technique to their new customers. Who knows, it might even save them on lawsuits from those who would otherwise just jump on their ergs, flail away blindly, and wreck their backs in the process.

Thank you very kindly for your positive support.
Day in and day out, I show people the ropes of rowing properly and I keep looking forward to do so for many more years. So thank you again for the positive cyber voices. I certainly look forward to meeting you at the Iron Oarsman some time when you find a few reasons to visit Orange Count and its other attractions such as Disneyland!
All the best and I wish you all great weekend.
XENO

The atrocities I see on the erg every day at my gym are astounding...in fact, I think Ill start a topic on this....hehehe...could be fun...
