Anaerobic Threshold Training

Hey,<br />My coach (and others) have recommended that I do some anaerobic threshold training and I'm ready to take the challenge. The only problem is that what he reccomends for the /500 split is +/- a specific number off of my 10k/6k/or 2k goal. Whenever I do a workout at the pace he suggests, it feels way too easy, and I'm thinking that this is not the anaerobic threshold I need to be at. Is there any other way to calculate an AT point? I don't mind if it is in watts, calories, or /500. Thanks guys.<br /><br />P.S. I'm thinking about buying the Rowpro software. Anyone out there that can offer commets on it? Thanks
