I was wondering if there is something I am missing. I recently joined a team and am pushing out meters, but I feel like "IS THIS IT". The team standings and team members meters are a great motivator for me. I can e-mail individual members but cannot find a place "Forum" for my team. I would love to see such a forum.

A place where topics and friendly banter between team members can happen or team competitions can be arranged. Perhaps a more private forum limited to a teams members. Maybe I am missing something here, but I thought I'd throw in my 2cents.
The different virtual teams seem to have different places that they hang out and some actively post in those forums.

I know that team Row Pain, Row Gain (for rowers looking to lose the lbs) is actively posting in the Weight Loss forum. I believe that the Duck Pond (a women's group) is in the Women's forum. That kind of makes sense to me, but there's a Welsh team out there hidden in one of the forums as well (I THINK). It might be a good idea to boot the virtual teams into a specific forum once they reach a critical mass.

And the Row Pain, Row Gain Team uses the Weight Forum because #1 that is their issue and #2 they have no other place to go.

Please note that the Row Pain Team does not use the General Forum to discuss their issues. The other Virtual Teams may not have a goal that easily fits into one of the existing forums.
