Had my own visit today. Forumite Don Seymour from California stopped in with Mrs. S here at my store in Massachusetts. Always good to meet face-to-face. They are on thier way to their Maine summer place where Don will be building a boat on his summer vacation. The Roadrunner name was brought up and discussed thoroughly.

Rick

It was great to meet Rick in person and see his well stocked running store. Very cool Zatopek poster and story to go with it. I'm indeed on Deer Isle in Maine now back to rowing my Annapolis Wherry when it's not too foggy and model A erg. This is a big change from rowing a Van Dusen Advantage and model C with a D handle, but a welcome change none the less. I brought the D handle with me but it looks like I'm missing a couple of pieces to make it work. Does anyone have an idea? Happy summer rowing.

-Don
