What is the genereal effect of high drag settings on ones scores? <br />What effect does high drag have on ones strength improvement?<br /><br />How would one assertain ones "optimum" drag setting? <br /><br /><br />Thanks.<br /><br />

i like to leave the setting around a 4-5 which is average and feels the most like the water. And for the strength improvement, if your not going your your pr for a 2k a higher drag will obviously give you more resistance and work your muscles more. nice work out.
