Drag Setting And Slider

Hi again,<br><br>Being totally new, I have a couple of things I need cleared up. Forgive my ignorance, but I'm learning brand new stuff here...<br><br>1. How do you set drag? <br><br>2. Slider or not....what is a slider?

Row until a number appears there and settles to a value, that is the drag.<br><br>If a PM3 (model D) it's something like more options, display drag factor on the menu, again row a few strokes till the number settles.<br><br>Drag is simply another way of saying the resistance. Reason for using it is because the actual resistance on a certain damper setting varies wildly from machine to machine, ie level 4 on one can be twice the resistance of level 4 on another (due to dust, proximity to a wall, etc).<br><br>Recommended drag factors, in my opinion, are:<br><br>Men: 130 to 140<br>Women: 120 to 130<br><br>Pete
