Does anybody know how exactly the C2 calculates the spm? Since it displays spm after every stroke it leads me to believe that it only goes by the amount of time that the wheel is under an accelerating force, but the moniter would have to somehow take into account the time of recovery.

Thanks

Divide the time between catches by 60 and you get the number of strokes that would be accomplished in 1 minute if all were done the same.

Erg on,
Paul Smith
