Hi all,
when i row longer distances my left leg and rear go numb. Is this something that will go away as my body becomes used to the erg seat or is there something i can get or do to stop this from happening. I have been rowing regularly 3 times a week for 2 months now since June 2004. Thanks for any advice.

Keep on sweating

Hi!

I think that there is another post on this, so take a look around. Also check the uk site. I use a small folded towel, it seems to work well. Others get foam pads. I'm not sure if they buy them or make them. I think you just need to sit on something!

C2 sells a foam seat pad. Or try bubble-wrap.

Tom Rawls
