Hi George

1-I have 3 holes showing and I'm 6'3" and size 10 feet.

2-I draw back to the HR monitor strap, just seems to be the most comfortable and effective.

3-My legs aren't locked straight, probably slightly bent.

4-I have a reasonable back lean, short sprints have almost no lean, 1-5km I have quite a lot of lean, but then 5km+ I reduce the amount of lean because it seems more comfortable this way.

1: Two holes showing, and I'm 6'1" with size 13 feet.

2: I draw back to my lower abdomen, below my belly-button.

3: My legs aren't locked straight, but remain slightly bent.

4: I have a good amount of back lean.

I probably have lousy technique -- begin pulling with my arms before my legs are as-fully-extended as they're gonna get, and leaning back too early, as well. I also don't shave every day.

What gets me, is how you folks can keep your SRPM in the low 20s! I have to pretend that I'm underwater, just to keep it at 25, and my "natural" SRPM seems to be 26-27 (regardless of damper setting, which is usually 6 or 7).

1) 3 holes showing (6ft 2" and size 11 feet)
2) Heart rate monitor
3) Legs lock out straight
4) A little back lean but not much

My biggest problem is that I slouch and round my back which as I try to row longer distances makes my back hurt a fair bit. If I try and straighten my back it feels like I have bones trying to pop out of my arse cheeks. Dont know what to do about it so might have to just live with it!
