As I surf all the rowing websites, I read alot of info on AT workouts. Unfortunately, there seems to be little agreeing between webpages on what AT actually stands for (anaerobic or aerobic?) , what these workouts are like (as far as length, power, and stroke rate), what they exactly do, and how important they are for a 2000 meter race.

If anyone can give me any of that info, or tell me what website has the information straight, I'd be most appreciative.

--FrozenRower
6'2"--155lbs.--16yo
2k:7:00.8
