Had another go at the 30'R20. Put the handle down after 12'46". Went off too fast for my 2K warm-up. Not hydrated enough and was sweating buckets. Did a 5K paddle after just for the extra metres. (I've not got to let Daren or Nick Rockliff get too far ahead of me in the annual rankings.)<br /><br />I'll pay more attention to what I'm doing tomorrow if I want to crack 7700m.

For the purposes of the Cross-Team Challenge, you need to enter it <a href='http://www.c2ctc.com/' target='_blank'>here</a>. Let me know what name you want to be listed as, and I'll add you to the site, then you will be able to update your own results.

Great to have you on board, Owen, and super 30 min @20 piece. And you're really Welsh!!! Iill have to pop over to the CTC site and see what boat you're in.<br /><br />Dougie, I had the same experience the other day, pooped out after around 10 minutes, and will have to try again today or tomorrow. It's getting to where improvement seems to come only if you sweat a little blood! You'll nail 7700 this week, we'll be watching!
