You mean 10 seconds off the finish time, not 10 seconds off the pace, I hope!

That would mean like about 1 second off the pace...maybe....I'll try on the weekend. Will have to wear Taff Shirt, promise myself a good reward, and imagine all Taffs, dressed in AO1s counting off Power 10s for the whole trip

Holy cow...everyone is setting these 6k PBs. Outstanding!!! Got me all motivated. Looks like I'm going to need to have a go at it as well. Hopefully move us up in the CTC standings as well. I'll try it again on Saturday.

Speedy

Just had another go at the 6k and broke the 21 min barrier....20.49.6...pleased with that

I think that was about an 85% effort so I think I may be able to knock of another 5 secs before the months out.

So it's over to you now Big Phil...lets see you under 21 mins

Chippy

After the Tart's little dig about your weight earlier, I think it's only fair to let you know that the Tart has sent me an email about ordering an AIO but he says he's going to have to move up to an XL from an L this time because they are a small fit and he may have put on a pound or two

Does this make him the first member of Taff Attack to have out grown an AIO

Hello again.
After Carla's email request for a female 6k attempt I have just completed one. However, I suspect it's as good as useless to you if not downright unhelpful! I haven't been on the rower since my session with Niall about 3 months ago so I managed to produce a woeful time of 33:18. Please feel free to use it or ignore it. (Had my VO2 max tested last week and that was an impressive 20 or 22 or something - they told me I was unfit).

Will have another go as it can only get better
