Go to your profile<br />2. Type VIRTUAL in the comments part<br />3. log out and back in<br />4. You will know be able to create a team, assign yourself as captain<br />5. Name your team whatever you want eg- "Taff Attack"<br />6. Get other members of your team to send you their firstname, lastname, email address. It must be the same as in their concept2 profile<br />7. add them to your team<br /><br />It does not influence their kilometers for their underlying team. I'm also looking for a January Challenge Virtual Team to join. <br /><br />Maybe the Team Captains could post some recruiting messages?<br /><br />FWIW, being a new erger and all I'm good for 50-100K a week if any team is looking for that sort of mileage. Errrr... kilometerage? <br /><br />tj

I have a question...once teams are set up, is there a way to see what teams exist and who is on them? I am thinking of something similar to the University/Club pages.
