Me, and Robbie the RED challenged each other to set new 10k PB's today. Red smashed his old PB by a minute, and is deservedley happy. As for me - I CANT BELIEVE IT! - I'VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!! Didnt check Martins time prior to start!!!! Martins existing 10k - 37:28.6, My New PB - 37:29.9! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DAFT TAFFY !

Hey Daren, I'm really sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad just 2 years ago and it is a struggle. Remember all the good times, remember all his good qualities, know that all that is good about him and the things that make you love him cannot be destroyed, and be patient with yourself. 5:30PM and Im sat in work. Just got a text from Chippy it reads: "Good intentions to row tonight.............but didn't make it past the fridge!" He's probably sat in his favourite chair with a big cream puff making its way to belly!!! Top Boy!
