Me, and Robbie the RED challenged each other to set new 10k PB's today.<br>Red smashed his old PB by a minute, and is deservedley happy.<br><br>As for me - I CANT BELIEVE IT! - I'VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!!<br><br>Didnt check Martins time prior to start!!!!<br><br>Martins existing 10k - 37:28.6, My New PB - <span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>37:29.9</span></span>!<br><br><span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'>NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</span></span><br><br><span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>YOU DAFT TAFFY !</span></span>

5:30PM and Im sat in work. Just got a text from Chippy it reads:<br><br><span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>"Good intentions to row tonight.............but didn't make it past the fridge!"</span></span><br><br>He's probably sat in his favourite chair with a big cream puff making its way to belly!!! Top Boy!
