My back was feeling pretty good today so I did the Rugby test. I struggled with it and came close to hurling a few times (sorry, too much info :) ) but I did it in 11:18.9. This makes me realize that biking is good, but to row well you need to do the speed work on the erg. So, hopefully if the back cooperates I'll try to do more. I've been missing it, although I'm glad to get today over with :P .

Good job on the CTC Peter and everyone else who's in the boat! Shannon (Canada Goose) is looking at doing a ranking this week, but I'll try to talk her into getting into the boat soon. Have a good weekend everyone!

Great rowin' hosers.
I haven't been able to find a rowing machine and I am now up in the mountains. No rowing machine here, but a well stocked hot tub, fairly good snow, and a nice holiday with the family. We are up at Sunshine for a few days.
I will have to make up for lost time on the erg when I get home.

The Eh!Team has now rowed our boat into Mali and we are sloggin our way across the Sahara.

I hope we don't run into one of these sandstorms.

Keep on rowin',

Jim
