Who Woulda Thought - 500k!

You know, when I started all of this back in the middle of September, it looked like a cool thing to do to try to get in shape and drop a couple of pounds. Well - here I am 4 and a half months later, and I just topped 500K meters on the erg! Wow! I never would have thought that this was attainable!<br /><br />I've dropped 15 lbs, lowered my resting heart rate from the low 90s to the low 70s, and can go a 20K now!<br /><br />The credit needs to go to Xeno for making indoor rowing at the Iron Oarsman fun. Thanks Xeno!<br /><br />And - thanks Xeno for all you've done for Alyssa! My daughter is scholarshipping to row at University (UC Davis). At least some of the credit needs to go to Xeno for whipping her into shape and getting her on the erg!
