Wow, I can't believe how fast Brian is! He'll be a great role model for us! I did a 60 minute row today. My daughter recently asked if Death Row had anything to do with Concept 2? Today I was starting to think there was . I can't say that I like the timed rows that much. At least with say a 10,000 if you go faster it's over faster. But if you go faster on a 60 minute it just hurts more. Sorry for the whining, eh? I did 21 K today. John.

Hi guys,
This is my first post. Do K's on the water count? If I miss adding K's for a day can I do it a day or two later? Do the K's I enter in my general Concept2 online log automatically get added to the cross-country tally?

I did 8K yesterday at the McGill invitational - 2x2k race (+getting up the course each time).

OUAA championships are comming up soon and the coach has us scheduled for some pretty big daily K's this week.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Eh! Team,

I was just cruising around through the forums and thought I would take a look at your team page in the university standings again. I tried scrolling down to 70 - 100th place to find you, when I realized you'd surged up to 26th spot with all your rowing and new recruits. Great work!

And Brian, that picture of your little future rower is adorable!

- Krysta
Record Day Yesterday of 79.5 kilometers!
Great rowing dudes, and it was through terrain like this, eh.

Chris, kilometers on the water certainly DO count.
And Krysta, come on over to your Canadian routes and bring a few of those ducklings with you. This is way more fun.

Jim
