yoh Craigy babes am okay just got up after sleeping for 14hrs ... had a bit of a sore throat but the long sleep seems to have made it better...<br /><br />I hope the uk site isn't down cos I upset Dave Hart .... met him in Copenhagen ...isnt it funny how peeps aren't like you expect ... he was only young not at all like what I had expected ie ... grey hair in his 50's smoking a pipe oopssssssssssssssssssssss weg .....

Craig -Tried Rick's 10x750 1:00r and decided to test the water<br />with a conservative 1:50 pace target...<br /><br />1:49.7<br />1:49.5<br />1:49.6<br />1:49.5<br />1:49.6<br />1:49.5<br />1:49.4<br />1:49.5<br />1:49.3<br />1:49.4<br /><br />27:21.5 - 1:49.5 - 7500 @30spm AHR167 MHR175<br /><br />Felt strong so may try for a 1:48.x ave next time..

It's still SNAFU. Last time I sent Pipex an e-mail, they took three weeks to reply and came back with "it's ok now".<br /><br />Which reminds me of a joke.<br /><br />How many hardware engineers does it take to change a light bulb?<br />None. <br />We have an identical light bulb here and ours is working fine.<br /><br />I was going to wax lyrical in my blog about 300,058m of bum numbing pain, a 10K R24 that I noticed on the monitor (KevP has been to Basingstoke again), a new rower Paul (age 21, 6ft0, Loughborough Uni, 6:48 PB) who I was rowing with last night. <br /><br />Oh well - computers, we all hate them.

Garfie - I'm doing a slower pace HM week after next and then the proper one the last week of the month I think.<br /><br />CHrist there'll be nothing left of me by the end of the month, mmmmm fitness would have moved on some more though

About 2:00-2:02, just to get used to the distance, the next time I'll want to get it over and done with as quick as possible so I won't be on the erg so long
