just curious if anybody uses it and what ya'll think. I've used it once or twice but there was no battery int he moniter so it didn't tell me much. There's supposed to be a whole big topic on it but it says there's nothing so I figured I'd mention it here.

~Sara~

I used it regularly when I got it 3 years ago. As you know there are three different ways to use it: arm push, leg push and arm pull. I like the first two mentioned but not the pull, which feels very uncomfortable with Dyno. The Dyno would not be attractive without the monitor. The monitor is the whole equipment's sole. You can compare your performances from time to time. It is challenging indeed. I have mainly done workouts with 8 to 20 reps in 3 or 4 sets. Usually trying to hit max. scores each time. (wise or not). I have however a bad experience as well from last year. I did a leg push workout with max strength and twisted my neck! It took three months to cure. I often wonder whether the whole equipment is a disapointmen for the company. You hardly see it promoted. Neither will you find it in gyms. Is there a special reason for that? Anyway I like my Dyno and will use it more in the future.

Cheers,
