I've just had a thought (excuse the pun) for a rowing t-shirt slogan.

"cogito ergo sum - I think therefore I row"

With apologies to René Desartes (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cogito_ergo_sum).

"Cogito ergo sum" == "I think, therefore I am" is a back formation into pidgen latin from the French "Je pense, donc je suis".

I must say my current favourite t-shirt is "Eat, sleep, row, repeat".

I have to like the "got erg?" tee the best although the eat sleep row repeat seems to be pretty close to my life right now.

I definatly like the row till you die... then power 10!

Rowing tees are often a good conversation starter... "what's rowing" or "like kayaking" or "you must have really strong arms"

~Sara

Hi Sara
Where did you hear "Row until you die, then power 10?"
It would make a funny Tshirt.
Is it owned by someone else already.
XENO

A gray tank top with a skull & crossbones on the front reading "Row Till You Die," with the back reading "then give me a power 10." I've raced in it several times , including my fastest ever racing time for 2km .

I don't know if it is copyright protected though.

Rick
