Hello
Now we are live on the Internet.
You can watch our workouts. Remember, most of the action happens during a scheduled workout.
When you enter our site: www.GOROW.com you will find webcam life.
Thanks for all the great feedback.
I wish you lots of injury free rowing.
XENO
9494007630
Olympic Gold & Silver

But not one with a rower on board.
I clicked it on Mozilla, then Explorer.

An empty blue box came up with the latter.

I was able to see it with Explorer. There were lots of people milling about, but nobody was rowing.

Hi guys,
At this time the camera can only handle four viewers at a time.
If you want to see ERGO ACTION check the schedule on the website www.GOROW.com
At this point you see the back parking lot. I thought it would be a good idea to show some other movement, but it turns out to be HIGHLY BORING and a lousy choice.
I will return and aim it the right way again. I am OVER excited about this new form of media!
Happy Father's day and have a great weekend.
XENO
www.GOROW.com

I just had a look, but it was very dark

Seeing as it is mid day here with lots of light and I just got of my rower though I might find something interesting to help me cool down. ANyway wil check later to see if I can spot something in the light.

Chris
SA
