Erg At Hotel/spa Needs Help

I spent the weekend with my wife at a nice spa in New York's Finger Lakes region. They had a Model "C," but the chain was bone dry. It did not seem that any care had been expended on the erg in some time.<br><br>I seem to remember there being a contact person at C2 at one time to report these units to, with the idea being the contact person would them speak with the facility. Can anyone help me with this?<br><br>Thanks in advance, and sorry if this in in the wrong posting area.

I would oil the chain myself and also talk with the management at the spa.<br><br>They would probably be happy to know about a few simple things to help take care of the erg.
