I'v just finished 5 million metres and when I went to post a series of recent workouts to my on-line log book I discovered that I had missed entering some pre-May 1, 2004 sessions. Is it possible to adjust previous years' numbers and if not how can I bring my TOTAL metres up to date - all suggestions welcome. It took too much work to reach 5 million metres ... the world is going to be told somehow! And I earned that damn tee-shirt.

Ned Eustace, 62, HW

Congratulations, Ned. I just got my enamel pin for that 5 million too. I tried to update the online logwook, but it was too much work. I just manually record the cumulative distance, and use the PM3 logcard to do the rest of the work.
KC62

Thanks for this - I also maintain a manual log so I guess that's it. I suppose I could bring the 2004/2005 log up to date cumulatively with a one-off "adjusting" log entry. Can anyone see any problems with that apart from overstating my 2004-2005 actual distance rowed.

Ned Eustace

Log History Notes
Historical meters are automatically calculated each year at the end of the ranking season and then placed into a separate database. You can edit any entry in your historical meter record, or add a new monthly total for any year - as long as it refers to a month prior to the current "live" season.

Copied from the history section of the Logbook. According to this paragraph, you can revise or add to previous years.
