All Time Top 20 By Individual

Is there a site or search list anywhere that provides this information.<br /><br />I realise that Concept2 provide information for each year as a stand alone but it would be interesting to see who has the 2nd ,3rd best times etc and what year they were achieved.<br /><br />

I agree.<br /><br />It would be nice to see all time top 10 lists, by the usual divisions.
