I have rowed 10+ K a day in March.
I am writing this because I did not want to row today but if I didn't I wouldn't make 1,000,000 on Friday.
Now I have to keep it up!

Susan

PS: we have a well. No electric means no water too! :)

Oh bummer, then that would be bad if your electricity went out too!

You're close to that first million, wow! I'll have to keep nipping at you with my beak to keep you going, hey? I'm finally over half way to my second million, so that's got me trying to burn up some meters. I need C2 socks to got with my C2 t-shirt. Hitting that first million--it feels really good to see those last few meters roll over.

I'm going to have to get some meters piled up during the next few days, because I'll be going to my friend's house to stay with her for a couple of days after she gets home from her surgery. I don't think she'll need much, but it helps on the psychological end of things. Ah, but that will give me a chance to catch up on some knitting and spinning!

I might give you some competition with that snowman--we're supposed to get 5 to 8 inches tomorrow and into Monday. :? I like snow, but we've had a couple of nice, sunny days, so now I have spring fever.

--Jen in WI

So I'm definitely not going to make the 25 days in March, but I'm still holding up better than usual for the rowing. I did a 10k tonight. It was very slow and steady. Made my rear-end hurt, and my hands burn, but I'm surviving. Don't get too many of those in these days so it felt good.......

Bought some healthy snacks for work, and am trying to drink more water. The crunches are the hardest thing to stick to of my goals, but I'm doing pretty well with my weight routine.

Slowly!

The goal is better health! Good for you for getting a good long row in.

I was off to have a doughnut after my row but I saw your post and went and ate my healthy cereal instead!

Have a healthy day!

Susan

Glad to hear you resisted that donut! I love donuts myself, but am trying to hold myself off for special treats only! Today was a good day. Did 45 minutes on the rower....very, very slow, I could feel my muscles were tired. Anyway, I did 7273. Have stuck to most of my goals for the day, but I do need to work on getting sme more water in me before bed. Was quite dehydrated when I awoke this a.m.!

How's everyone else doing?
