<br /><br />This 300m CTC business scares the heck out of me. I still haven't given it a proper go, with short strokes. Next month's Rugby Challenge doesn't promise to be much better for me, either. I'd really like a nice unrestricted 10K. Started one last night and was on schedule for an av. of 201.5 and stupidly quit at around 8800. I was so mad at myself. So I made myself do a 1K and got a PB on that. I'm terrified of the Rugby test. It's going to be really really awful. Somehow the intervals being different lengths makes it seem worse, you don't know how to pace it. ewwww
