Well, I broke my leg in January and had to sit out all winter season, but I'm back now!!! I'm off crutches completely, walking around with a slight limp, and starting physical therapy. I've gone to two ergging days and one land practice since, just enough for winter crew to end. I've got two weeks before spring season, and am trying to get in as much training as I can. I did really well on the first workout, 1min on/1 min off x6 intervals, two sets. The second day we did a 2k, and I decided to go for it. 8:50.9 later, I realised why everyone hates 2ks. It was my first 2k, second erg workout, and third day putting full weight on a broken leg after 9 weeks. I'd like it to be lower, but I'm really happy with that score for my first time. It feels so good to be back!!!

Welcome back Cassie!

It must have been sooo frustrating having to sit out the winter season. Looking forward to hearing how you get on with training from now on.
