I wish some of you would create training diaries on the UK web site and if you did so, update it. I am alway curious as to what we are all doing.

The diary does not have to be complicated. Mine is about rowing, some are about everyting about rowing, and the rest is a combination of rowing and non-rowing related issues. You can set it up so no one can look at it, only registerered members can look at it, only certain people can look at it or can't look at it, or anyone can look at. You can also design it pretty much anyway you like with what is available.

I set mine up awhile ago, but didn't use it. I think it's better than putting the workouts on here, so we can keep the conversations going. Some of the posts I've seen (and maybe even posted) should really be put in the diaries and not in a conversation thread.

So, my diary is up, and I'm acutally training again, so you'll find my Wolverine Plan implementation over there.

I'd encourage others to use a training diary as well.

I started a diary too a few weeks ago. I find it useful to record my thoughts there. I mean, I have a spread-sheet for the numbers but it's nice to record how a session felt, etc.. Anyone else is welcome to read it too, though it probably isn't really interesting to most folks. I must admit I like to read what everyone else is doing too, though.

I suggest that you put a link in your signature on the USA forum pointing to the diary on the UK forum

See mine below for a glorious read, unfortunately not much is related to rowing though
