I have to drop out of the Sandbagger's heat this weekend. I am putting up a race for later in the same day so my brother-in-law 'Yukon John', who is in an even earlier time zone than me, will be able to join. And hopefully that'll give my muscles time to wake up, too. They seem to protest this 6am business.

Anyway, anyone is welcome to join - and I hope this doesn't make extra work for you, Frank.

- Krysta

This actually works out really well for me as I will join your race as my scoring race. Turns out we have 3 grand kids staying overnight Saturday and I figure that Sunday morning will not be a top performance. I will still be race master on Sunday but just use it as a workout.

Frank
Since results were not saved and I collected results at the end of the race thought I should post them here for everyone to see:

CODE

Ernie 6:48.8
Frank 6:54.7
John B 7:00.2
Stuart 7:06.3
Krysta 7:38.2 PB
Tim 7:38.7

I know Krysta had a PB but am not sure about anyone else.

Frank

You just keep getting faster. Keep it up, and you'll be getting free trips to the CRASH-B's.

That would be cool!

Regards -- Mark
Great row Krista. I'm also pretty excited. I got a pb in the race by 6 seconds. Next step, the dreaded 7:00 barrier . I'm pretty new to Row Pro, but I can see a lot of races down the road! Thanks for the race. John.

Thanks for posting this, Frank. I didn't get everyone's scores and RowPro didn't save them.

I was really happy with this race. I met my goal of getting under 7:40 and felt good throughout. Eventually I hope to get under 7:30, after I make lightweight.

Congrats John (and any other PB's - I can't remember). We will have to do this again sometime after you finish your 2k training plan - you'll be under 7 min for sure then!

Mark: Thanks. CRASH-B is something I would love to attend. The pictures and video clips make it look like an event with so much energy. Maybe some year I will get down there to see it all in person.
