HI All<br />Thanx for the congrats(Frank, Jaap,Brian,Phill,Hennie,Pieter,Paul ext)<br /><br />It was a tough race for me.Last years 6:05.3 came easier that this years 6:07.7.<br />I thought that I might aswell go for the championchip record(6:04.9), so I started accordingly(obvious to fast)<br />A van Tonder M40-44H <br /> Distance 500m 1,000m 1,500m 2,000m <br /> Time 1:30.6 3:02.5 4:33.6 6:07.7 <br /> Split 1:30.6 1:31.9 1:31.1 1:34.1 <br /> Av 500m Pace 1:31.9<br />Was on track till the last 300m where I lost my legs(you all know what I'm talking about).Just manage to hold of the youngster Grand Biggar.( my race graph shows it clearly)Hopefully next year I wont have to deal with food poisoning and throught problems<br /><br />It was nice see and meet the RowPro guys.So now I have a picture in my mind while chatting on the chatbox.<br /><br />I have'nt train since Birc but decided to do the 10k at 13h00 GMT today.CU guy then!!!!<br /><br /><br /><br />

Congratulations on another fine win Andreas. I was watching with a group that was focusing more on their friend Sango (Andy Sangster), and alternated my attention between him and your RowPro uniform. As testament to the high quality of the field, Sango tied his PB with a time several seconds faster than a silver medal performance he did a couple of years ago but only finished 5th.<br /><br />You are certainly "The Man" in your division. <br /><br />Rick
