Connectivety from PM3 to computer

The internet-manual on the PM3 told me that there should be a USB-port available to connect to computer for further utilization of the data (I installed RowPro on the computer). Unfortunately the standard USB-cable I bought for that purpose does not fit (it is bigger than the port of the PM3). What is to be done, what cable to be bought?

Get a good quality one that's the right length and don't force it into the monitor the wrong way around.

The USB cable from Concept 2 was specialised in that it had a large plastic tab on it to help prevent you from trying to plug it in round the wrong way.

If you try and force it the USB socket will come off the board.

No. You need a special cable for iPhones.

I don't know what C2 are doing now that Apple have incompatibly changed their connector (I'm an Android user anyway).
