Just noticed this article about Nike working with Apple to get the iPod working with certain gym equipment.
It seems like it would be a natural for C2 equipment.
Unfortunately, I have neither a PM3 nor an iPod nano.
Has anybody looked at this?
As much as I love using pen and paper with my PM2 on my model C, I would see myself upgrading for something like this. [/url]

All those links are sadly lacking in any technical detail.baldass_newbie wrote:Try this
Concept2 PM2+,PM3 and PM4 monitors use an industry standard protocol - CSAFE communications spec for fitness equipment so if Nike/Apple stick to that then the only difficulty becomes the hardware interface and the C2 specific additional CSAFE command subset. Technically it should be possible, whether it's practical is an interesting question. Then the other interesting consideration is what you do with the data once you have it. Will we see RowPro on an iPod?
