ErgData not recording workouts
I use ErgData on an iPhone with the PM5 on my Model D. I recently updated the firmware on the PM5. While I am rowing, ErgData follows the workout, but I get an error message from the app at the end of the workout that it couldn’t record the workout. When I “try again” it still doesn’t work. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem continues. Any advice?

Thanks. I called them--gone for the day. I emailed them. Row most days before 7AM. Was hoping for a solution before tomorrow AM.

Typically it takes some days, even if the developers fix it right away: the app update has to be approved by Apple before it is published.
