PM5 Error codes 20775-5 and 20785-46

Post by Frustrated » October 7th, 2021, 7:12 pm

Bike PM5, I’ve been getting the first code (ending in 5) everyday for the last week and the second code popped up today.
Any idea what they mean?

Bike is barely 10 months old and I’m on my second PM5 (first one was a hot mess)

Write an email to info@concept2.com or pick up the phone and call them.

Always pays to start with a full factory reset and update it to the latest firmware and reset it again.

If you still have problems call Concept 2.

I'm just not seeing any PM5 failures what so ever over here, they are incredibly reliable as long as you only ever put Alkaline batteries in them.

One person had a blank screen but the backlight came on and a full factory reset fixed it over the phone.

Hard Factory Reset

Hold down the Units and Display buttons and use a paperclip to depress and release the "Reset" button in the back of the monitor. Continue holding the buttons down for at least 7 seconds or until the display flashes "Setting Factory Defaults" shows briefly. Then, release the buttons.
