I have tried many times but since the firware update I am not able to connect my phone to the PM5. I don't see an error, rather the app on the phone says its "connecting"
then "detected 1 wireless PM" for a while then it flips back to "please connect PM".

i ave tried many times over several days. restarted my phone many times.

I had no issues updating the firmware, and I verified in "product ID" it notes firmware 169 for product id 633.

suggestions?

Thank you, with the help from that thread I got it working.

I had the same problem with my Galaxy S8.
problem is now solved.

My sequence.

deleted the Bluetooth data per the noted work around. no phone reboot.
same problem.
rebooted the phone.
same problem.
unpaired the PM5. no phone reboot.
problem solved.

i was surprised I was still paired after I did the Bluetooth data purge, but i was just assuming the pair data was part of what would get purged.
