ErgData doesn't save workouts, neither PM5 on USB-stick

Hello together,
I row a C2 D-series ergo with PM5 monitor, saving all data both on USB-stick and ErgData via Bluetooth. For almost two years this worked perfectly well, I synchronised my workouts directly from ErgData to my online-logbook.
Since Yesterday I have increasing trouble with saving my workout data. First, yesterday,ErgData didn't save the latest workout despite being connected with PM5 and showing all data during the workout. I therefore uploaded the workout from the USB-stick to my logbook via the C2 utility. Synchronisation between ErgData and logbook finally imported the data into Ergdata (to keep my records complete).
By doing this, I noticed that there was an update available for the PM5. I downloaded this to the stick and installed it on the PM5 without problems. After this the situation detoriated even more. Not only ErgData still didn't save today's workout, it wasn't even on the USB-stick. I found it on the internal memory of PM5, so I had to transfer it to the stick, from that to the utility, then to the logbook and finally back to ErgData. By the way, with every upload of my data I got a warning from the utility "The Logbook should be rewritten because: There are errors in the Logbook. Do you want to rewrite the LogBook? Your data will not be deleted." (I could imagine that this problem occurs because I used the stick earlier with a windows pc for data transferral of my rowing data.)
Any ideas, how I can return to the smooth system I was used to over the past month?
My system consists of:
C2 indoor rower D-series, PM5, version 22
iPhone SE, iOS 10.2.1, ErgData Version 1.3.2
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra Version 10.12.3, Concept2 utility for Mac(version?)
I would be grateful for any help.
Best wishes from Germany,
Andreas ("Otto")
