El Capitan "No devices connected" PM3

Hi! I want to develop a software using the rowing machine and this is the first time I try use this SDK.
Following the steps, I connect the USB cable from the PM3 to the Mac and I open the Concept 2 Utility. At this point and using the software to check the connection, it shows "No devices connected". Doesn't matter if I reconnect the USB, reset the rowing machine with a pin or reset the Mac, the final result is the same.


Computer/PM3 data:

OSX: El Capitan v. 10.11.2
Concept 2 Utility: v. 7.02.17(last version)
PM3: firmware -> 108
Model: D/E

Same thing happening to me on a PM4. Turns out I needed to click on "Log In" under my name. (This was just after updating to the new utility.)

UPDATE:

Yesterday I had access to another rowing machine and this machine connects fine.
Now I know that the problem comes from the rowing machine, I don't know why it doesn't connect with the computer. Maybe is the connector.
