Hi
Currently running an iPhone 11 and iWatch 5, all working perfectly before todays app update. The app connections remain connected, after noticing the heart rate wasn't working on the phone I then stopped rowing at which point the app asked me to allow it more to health. I did this and checked health afterwards yet still no heart rate nor does the watch know I am rowing. The workouts are no longer in Fitness either.
I've restarted all devices, on the second time the watch did turn ERG on the watch on but the heartbeat stayed at 0 and Apple Fitness still popped up (normally indicating that the watch doesn't think I'm working out).
Any ideas?
Thanks!
IOS App Latest Update Breaks Integrations
Re: IOS App Latest Update Breaks Integrations
My stuff is all set to auto update, so I'm assuming its the latest. iOS 18.3.2 on an XR and Ergdata 2.6.0 (20250320.35). I don't use a watch but do have a Garmin Dual chest belt linked with Ant+. Everything worked as normal for me tonight.... Are you on different releases to me?

Re: IOS App Latest Update Breaks Integrations
Hi
IOS is latest 18.3.2
WatchOS is 10.6.1
App is 2.6.0 (20250320.35)
I’ve tried reinstalling the app and this time, when doing app connection to health I did get a pop up asking for rights which I enabled all on. Integration from ErgData to Fitness is now working, the HBM on the watch is not working.
