BikeErg is logging two workouts for a single session.

Hi,

I love the new ErgData app! It's a huge step up from the previous version.

However, I'm having problems with the BikeErg log entries. Each BikeErg workout has two nearly identical entries:

I say nearly because the graphs aren't the same when I look at them on the online Concept2 Logbook. However the total time for the workout is correct. I don't want to delete the one of the entries until I understand the ramifications.

Hi,
The link you provided is not accessible at the moment. Can I suggest you send to info@concept2.com so it gets put in as a support ticket?
I've not heard of this particular problem, so we'd like to dig into it.
It's helpful to know what iOS or Android OS you are using; using the latest version of the app, and if possible the firmware version.
Concept2 is aware that iOS 16 on some devices is having trouble with current PM5 firmware. The "beta" is available to fix this issue now, and a release copy should come early next week. All users will be encouraged to update however I don't know if this will help solve your issue.
