No workout record in just row.

I have 2 rowers, a ski erg and a bike erg.
All with pm5 and on the latest firmware.
Non of the machines records a "just row"

No time or distance is recorded. Not in ergdata or in the pm5 memory.
No difference if i connect nothing to the pm5.
The workouts are nowhere to be found.

Anyone else whit this problem?
I don't believe 4 pm5s are defective. They always worked fine before the latest firmware update.

If you row "Just Row" you MUST press the [BACK] button when you're done.

Yes i know and i do or i hit yes in are you done in ergdata. Its a problem after the latest firmware update.
Before i had no problems at all.

No just row. Just ski or just ride records.

Don't use the "Are you done" pop-up on the phone. [BACK] button only - it's always been that way since the PM3.

I don't trust ErgData to end a just-row properly and will always press the Menu button on the PM5 to end it and not press 'yes' I have finished on ErgData.
I have lost workouts before and also had ErgData not record them. I haven't had any issues with just row recently though and I use it quite a lot when rowing on Zwift - I always use the menu button to end.

Hitting the back button is no help. Its not registering the workout.
Its the same on all four machines.

Have them longer and it never was a problem.

No one els with this problem? Can anyone, with the latest firmware, test for me?

Update your firmware to the the latest version.

Update Ergdata to the latest version.

If that still doesn't fix it then write an email to info@concept2.com

Just don't do a "Just Row"

Thats for people at the gym who cannot be bothered setting up a set time or set distance or don't know how to use the monitor

The "Just Row" has been like that since 2003 when the PM3 first came out.

I am on latest v31 for hardware 340.
Just completed a workout on just row, pressed menu button when finished and it saves fine to memory. this was without Ergdata.
As above I would email concept2 support.

Carl, I use Just Row quite a bit as when doing Zwift on a distance based route I don't know how long it's going to take

Thank for the reactions. I will contact Concept2 about it.

I normally set up a workout but once in awhile i just want to row ski or bike withoutsetting something up.
Never had a problem. Hope Concept2 has a solution.
