I thought you were using RowPro for a minute, the splits are wrong on this as well but they have not been right from the start but Digital Rowing is aware of the problem and are going to fix it.
Looks like just about everything is wrong above except perhaps the rating and the heart rate. Pretty strange.

Maybe there's a default setting: "time per 1000m".

I just setup ErgData (from Google Play store) on an Android device today for my daughter and saw the same sort of results. I've sent off a report to Scott Hamilton.
