This is my second PM5 meter. The first one failed to recognize the USB card (properly formatted). I have only used it three times. Each time, the User ID previously entered (along with lifetime meters) was missing.
The Concept 2 Support staff seems not to know the meters capability or how to program the various options.
I have been a Concept 2 customer for over 15 years and through five ergs, the dynamic strength trainer and a pair of oars. I have been pleased with all my equipment to date, except the PM5 meter, which I think is as poorly designed and built POS. Please get things straightened out guys. Perhaps if they were made in this country.

I have somewhat the same issue, after updating to latest software version on my PM5 it have started to corrupt my USB log and deleting the user ID...
This sucks... I will likely try to revert back to an older sw version if they don't fix this soon...
